Current Trainer Standings

My dad and mom are probably going to hate for me for posting this as they are definately not ones to brag and are very superstitious and would think they are jinxing themselves by saying anything, but I think they are having a good year and wanted to let you all know how your trainer is doing in case you were not aware.

* Currently they have 15 wins at SunRay Park and are in a very tight race for leading trainer there. The only other trainers in the hunt are either thoroughbred trainers or trainers that train both quarter horses and throroughbreds. Good luck to them with just 6 race days left for the meet!

* Currently Wes is sitting in a close 6th position for overall money earned and 17th for most wins with 5 stakes wins in the AQHA standings. The standing change regularly but he does seem to be move up the chain of trainers the compete all over the country.

* Currently Wes is #1 in the New Mexico Regional High-Point Standings ahead of 2nd place by 283 points.

I have noticed several of their owners names, breeders and horses on these lists. You should check them out. It's kind of fun to follow along week to week.

I also thought it would be a good time to thank you all again. Without you wonderful owners and your great horses it would not be possible. In horse racing it takes a lot of hard work, dedicated owners, good horses and luck definately plays a huge part. All the pieces need to fit together to be successful. A huge thank you again from Wes, Jill and Jason and good luck in the continuing racing season.

Thanks for checking out the blog. *Cindy*
